Default "Studies" on health care systems tend to be little more than political arguments

http://www.cmwf.org/Content/Publicat...can-Healt.aspx

http://dll.umaine.edu/ble/U.S.%20HCweb.pdf

First, most "studies" designed to argue the US system is poor in comparison to other systems will do two things, first, decry its cost and second, declare it "unfair" some people had problems getting access. The rest of the "studies" are designed to promote that argument.

They are not really evaluations of the merits of differing systems, ensuring that we are comparing apples to apples, but rather poorly cloaked efforts to promote a socialist, one tiered health care delivery system, disguising the true costs and deficiencies of such systems, including huge hidden costs in tax subsidies, denial of care and a lack of responsiveness by health care providers in other systems.

He believes in the parameters under which the "studies" are drafted. I don't.

Ha! Elsewhere MRD has been posting studies to bolster his argument against universal health care ... I simply pointed out what Arch states in the opening post of this thread

This was Mormonism before Republican Conservatism.
