not abused for a "high", but abused in the sense of chronic pain or perceived chronic pain.

Yes, but is it a spiritual problem? Is it a sign that someone is spiritually off course? (Because that was how the example was given in the lesson.)

What would you classify as abuse? Taking more than that the suggested dose, or taking it for too long of a period?
