My folks are visiting and ready to babysit, but alas, there is nothing I want to see at the movies (and you know there is nothing else to do in Jackson, MS).

I know danimal would love to see Quantum of Solace. I will see it as long as danimal promises to nudge me awake every time Daniel Craig has his shirt off.

That might be your best bet. Unless you want to see the vampire movie.

My in-laws just recommended Fireproof to us. I have the sense it's some kind of Christian-based movie about saving your marriage. Other than, I have no idea what's in theaters now.

I saw that Kirk Cameron was in Fireproof. And I guess if I had the choice between a Christian movie starring a has-been sitcom star and an action flick loaded with sex, explosions and gadgets, I'd guess I'd pick the latter.

I would not waste my time at a movie I don't really want to see. Can't you at least go make out in the car somewhere or something?
