We bought a used minivan from a dealer last Oct. The dealer is three hours away. The dealer promised that everything was in good condition, including the factory dvd player. I turned the dvd player on before I bought it but I didn't take the time to put a movie in.

Fast forward to this past weekend, our first road trip and the first time we tried out our DVD player. A library copy of The Little Mermaid is stuck in the DVD player. It will play just fine but it will not come out. Who the heck do I call to get the DVD out? I've got one week before the fines start piling up, which I don't think is enough time to finish Sally Struthers correspondence course on DVD repair. Any ideas?

what brand is the DVD player? that's a good place to start. what's the model?
