Spaniard Roberto Heras, currently second in the vuelta, is a former teamate of Armstrong's who has lef tthe impression in other interviews that he never liked Armstrong very much. Nonethelss, his comment on the L'affaire L'Equipe (claims that Armstrong used EPO in '99) is intersting. In Cyclingnews.com they reported the following:

"But former team-mate and Spanish Vuelta victory contender Roberto Heras welcomed the news. 'A comeback is the only good answer," he said. "But then there will be the problem that the French will undoubtedly produce new accusations after that season.'"

IOW, Heras, no lover of things Lance, thinks the French are up to no good and implicitly criticizes the recent accusations.
