Default Lark mission

I saw on Potkey's blog Lark was listed as a leaving missionary. I thought he did one of those seven month missions and is back. Am I confused?

We're in a bad situation on QB's again unless we get a good transfer. Maybe Riley Jensen?

Sorry I don't buy the Covey thing.

You are confused. He just barely is leaving.

Default Do we not have any one else?

out there? How many times have we heard that the coaches don't want to be caught short again, yet if we aren't forgetting someone, it looks like we will be caught short again in a few years, unless we recruit a non mission qb.

We've got 6 prospects listed on our recruiting page at Scout for 2009. One for 2010. Granted, if these players go on missions, they won't be much help. But if they don't, a 2009 recruit should be pretty decent coming into 2010 with a year in the system, ala Hall this past year.

And that's not counting any potential JC transfers. I'd be willing to bet we get at least one JC transfer next year, and maybe the year after.

Why didn't he go last year? Strange time to leave now. He would have been the heavy favorite to be a two year starter after Hall left.

The coaches asked him to stay to give more depth at QB due to the departures of Doman and Cooper.

the answer. I'd rather have Jensen. He's a proven winner.

I thought the Jensen vs Covey debates were over 20 years ago.
