great, easy, seasonal treat:
Mix: 3/4 C Sugar 1/4 C Oil 2 Eggs Add: 3/4 C Pumpkin 1/4 C Water Beat thoroughly together. (I have a great Kitchenaid makes is easy) Mix: 1 1/2 C Flour 3/4 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Cinnamon 1/4 Salt Add to the wet mixture slowly incorporating it into the batter. Add: 2/3 C Chocolate Chips 1/4 C Butterscotch Chips (I had a quarter cup laying around and added it to the batter and it tasted great with these chips) Bake at 400 for about 18-20 minutes. |

What are normal sized muffins? Muffins baked in C cups? D cups? Or is B cup the norm?
