I was a fan. I have seen them twice in concert but I ditched all my old Beastie Boys tapes (and one CD) long ago. I guess I'm just getting old.

You can't do much better than Fear of a Black Planet.

I've recently resurrected my old "License to Ill" CD and have put a few of those tracks on my running mix on the iPod. Good stuff, including No Sleep til Brooklyn, Fight for your Right, title track, Brass Monkey, SLow and Low, Paul Revere, and others I can't think of.

Other than this CD, Paul's Boutique would have to be favorite, although it doesn't hold a candle to License.

Paul's Boutique was my favorite also. It came out while I was on my mission and when I got home and bought it, I was stunned to learn that it had been a commercial flop by Beastie standards. Funny how a little time changes all of that.
