Snow across the West
The Cascades have received 60 inches of snow in the last five days; causing the biggest avalanches in 30 years. At the pass, I-90 has been closed most of the week. It looks like WA is already well above averages for snowfall.

If this is still the case, does it look like the totals for this year will put a dent in it? http://www.wcc.nrcs.usda.gov/cgibin/...ph.pl?state=UT http://users.frii.com/global-cgi-bin...=utah&format=1 http://users.frii.com/global-cgi-bin...=utah&format=1 All of the West http://www.wrcc.dri.edu/snotelanom/basinpre.html http://www.wrcc.dri.edu/snotelanom/basinswe.html
