Default Boise State game

1. proud of the defense. played with a lot of ability, heart, and effort.
2. Reily Nelson, man, WTH? You're supposed to be the senior who is the calm in the eye of the storm. Not the headcase lunatic. I like the kid, but he is who he is. A lot of grit combined with not a lot of physical ability. You could see against BSU that his rag arm was useless, his decision making poor, his elusiveness underrated, and his small size a limiting factor. We are out of the BCS picture, let's cut our losses and go with...
3. The new kid QB. This guy has some seriously impressive physical skills. We haven't seen an athlete like this at QB since Steve Young. He reminds me of Tebow. But hopefully he can pass better! The season is shot in terms of BCS, let's go with the new kid.
4. OL remains subpar.

I'm not upset over going for 2.

Given how poorly BSU thought of their field goal kicker, and how well the D had been playing. Overtime was probably the better bet.

But I was ok with the decision. Games are not always about the better odds.
