Don't know how big you're on fantasy, but I can recommend Brandon Sanderson. Pretty much anything from him is amazing. Personally, I love the Mistborn trilogy the most.

I've read a few of his books. I think his Way of Kings series is the best of his. I guess the third book is about to drop.
