Women don't like her
Not enough of them, anyway. As I suspected the men like Sarah a lot better than the women do.

I'm confused...where's the 35 point margin you're talking about? It seems like it's 10 (58-48).

Barbara, do you happen to have the poll number on people who've heard of her before, or could name 2 facts about her?

Women can be absolutely brutal to other women. Especially smart, succesful, beautiful women. Sometimes you guys are your own worst enemies.

This is an idiotic, naïve male myth. It's sexist and false. I bet I've bee around more smart, successful beautiful women than you have. I've not seen they have any special animus for one another. On the contrary. Powerful women are potent and assiduous networkers among themselves, and inevitably have other talented women to thank for their own success. Real smart talented women have gotten far beyond gender hangups in the workplace.

Her conservative stance on abortion turns off liberal women and Clinton supporters and her young children at home turn off my mom, Julie Beck and the like. Of course, that's not all women. I've heard several women say they were pleased with his choice.

Yeah, most dem women who are
ugly, frompy, and beasts, like Hilary more. Misery loves company. And they don't like the competition. Come to think about it, dems are against competition; period. Let government take care of everyone because they can't take care of themselves. But Palin will get the Ohio and Michigan middle class voters which will win the election for McCain.
