Slingbox
noticing on cb people are talking about slingbox. thinking about getting one and putting it in my brother's house (who has cable and cable modem). Might save me from having to buy espn gameday.
I didnt' watch any of the gameday games besides byu last year. I think I overpaid. |

So basically, if you have someone in Utah you can hook it to their tv with no inconvenience to them and you can catch the KSL feed of every game. Is that the basic truth of the matter? Sounds like a much better deal than gameday over the long haul.

yeah, that's what it looks like. I don't think it would work if the place where the box is uses DSL (due to slow upload). But cable I bet would work.
So I get it hooked up in SLC and voila. Heck, you could even watch the stupid sports shows that everyone keeps complaining about. downside of this is I jsut checked the price. 250. |
