start into Tebow (especially the local SLC media) after he first (and then repeatedly) thanked his Lord and Savior. Thanked them for what? Letting him win the Heisman or letting him perform in such a way to win the Heisman. I guess the other contestants weren't living as righteously? :???:

I didn't see any of the Heisman show, but did he claim that he won the award because he was living righteously or did he simply thank the Lord?

My guess is that because your head is so far up your ass, you didn't recognize the difference.

It was absurd how much emphasis he put on the point, but it was distinct from Austin Collie/June Jones style self-righteousness. Still, thanking Jesus first and foremost (and repeatedly) does imply causation, which puts you back in the same place.
