and as a Texan I am not glad to have all these New Orleans criminals and murderers in our state.

It is truly a despicable place in all possible ways. It's only industry is alcohol and sex.

There have been a few problems with some that have been transplanted here in SLC as well, though a few weeks ago I met a husband and wife who absolutely love it here and said "We honestly believe that God destroyed our home in NO in order to send us here to Utah."

New Orleans is horrendous. Not sure why everyone griped about Bush and Co. not sending FEMA soon enough.

I'm not happy that people suffered.

That people were forced to leave, and most have settled elsewhere can only improve their lives.

Mike, you might want to check out the D-Day museum. I assume it has been rebuilt by now. It was pretty good.

Yeah but now that they have Reggie Bush, the Superdome is hosting NFL playoff games again. Reggie has brought sunshine to the souls of thousands of creole-lovin' yokels from Lake Pontchartrain to Port Sulphur, including those with only seven toes.
