People talk about Giuliani being most likely to receive the majority of the absentee/mail-in votes from Florida. If this is the case, and assuming there are not enough to push Giuliani into first place, this has to help Romney. I would think Giuliani voters' second choice would be McCain by a large margin over Romney.
