My wish which will never be is that both camps let reason reign so that both sides could honestly sit down together. Each side haunting the other is what perpetuates the current family feud.

how do camps negotiate when one camp has all the money, weapons, and land?

Israel is pretty darn smart. They have all the money, weapons, and land, force the Palestinians to live in a prison camp, essentially, and have convinced the world that these prisoners are evil, dangerous people with whom one can never negotiate.

You believe the Israelis would accept peace tomorrow. A fair peace. But it's the evil Palestinians who won't accept a fair deal, and thus they can't be dealt with in any reasonable fashion.

What exactly would you have the Palestinian people do? Did you hear that? That was the sound of another Israeli settlement being built in the West Bank.

I don't believe there will ever be two states. The Palestinians will never accept crumbs, and the Israelis will never offer more than crumbs. Eventually the moral weight of running an apartheid state will collapse, and Israel as an ostensibly Jewish state will collapse. And hopefully this will happen peacefully, much as Utah as a Mormon territory-nation has collapsed.
