Are you going to root for Utah this Thursday?
I bet most BYU fans are for OSU, even though that's manifestly against their best interests.

why would I root for Utah or Oregon State?
utah is not relevant to BYU's fate. The Y is already ranked high enough. It just needs to win out.

Best interests? We're already ranked 7th. The "added value" from a Utah win is completely mythical.

Not in the poll that counts.

In that case, I really hope Utah does well all season long. It will be a nice boon to BYU football.

I am rooting for Oregon state, in fact I will be at the game in Oregon State gear. The only reason for this is because my friend plays for OSU, he is getting me free tickets in exchange for me rooting for the Beavers.
It is a win-win situation for me.

I know Afalava pretty well in fact he has eaten dinner at my house a few times, but no. It is Sioeli Nau, he plays D-tackle for them.
