Nice job on the run. I ran outside again this morning and think I'll start running outside until next winter. It just seems easier, I (for some reason) run faster. It's great.
How do your treadmill speeds compare to your iPod speeds? When you finish a half marathon on the iPod, what distance is your treadmill showing?

I've always been curious how well they matched up.

I am just amazed at how accurate my iPod calibration is. I've got a couple of spots that I know are a mile exactly per my bike computer and when I run them, I show .99 or 1.01 miles.

I'm the same way. I felt when I was running on the treadmill I would just get into a rhythm and just stay at the same speed. I am so happy it is warmer outside I love running outside. I want to run farther when I'm outside also. I'd get really bored on the treadmill.

I was going to ask you when is the SL half marathon because I know you signed up for it?

My iPod on the treadmill is a couple tenths off, but not to bad considering it's a treadmill.

The SL Half is April 19th.

Well I didn't lose any lbs last week.

This week I lost 3 pounds, now I'm down to 227. 41 lbs lost since January 3rd.

Nice job TSF.

I predict you'll be under 200 by the time the relay rolls around. Then we'll put a couple of pounds back on you at our spaghetti feast the night before.

I weighed myself after my run today and was at 176, but I saw someone had put a scale in the locker room so I decided to do a completely naked weigh in and came in at 174. I must wear heavy shorts.

By the way, I was at 203 back on January 7th...with shorts.
