Default TCU's offense is underated

I've heard and read where a lot of BYU fans think that TCU's offense sucks.

This would prove otherwise.

I would say that they are better than most people think. I just talked to a player that I know..... He told me that TCU has probably the best O line they have seen. They have only given up 2 sacks all year and they play extremely physical upfront. The QB's are athletic and are able to create for themselves and they really do dominate the clock by holding onto the ball with their run game. .

NCAA.org/stats says they have given up 8 sacks in 7 games. Which is still very good.

Also they are 13th in rushing offense. Like Wrubell said in his blog and like I have been saying for weeks, expect teams to run the ball, control the clock, and limit our possessions.

Keeping the ball away from BYU's offense this year is good strategy, though it does no good to dominate time of possession if a team doesn't score. BYU can put up a lot of points with minimum possession.

This should be a good game to watch as it will be BYU's first true test on the road.

They have a good running game but a bad passing game. Their pass efficiency is only 107 which is very bad. They average a lot of yards per game on the ground, but that's because they run the ball so much. Their yards per carry is not much better than BYU's.
