Archaea is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Recently, my training has not produced results

I suppose lack of sleep may contribute.

But Sunday my brick results were horrible. Back to drawing board.

A brief report. We had a tri scheduled for Sunday. The wind blew away the buoys. So we had an unscheduled duathlon.

Needless to say, a duathlon is not in my favor, as I swim better than most tri guys and gals.

And my bike had mechanical problems costing me precious minutes. However the wind was interesting for us all. At one point I was leaning left heading downhill, to stay up right I needed to lean enough where I could reach out and touch the ground with my right hand. One girl had her bike lifted off the ground and moved to the other side of the road.

So I had mechanical problems impairing my ability to shift and to go up the hill. I was delayed at the start by several minutes. I was 14 minutes off bike time and slow running.

I didn't sleep the night before.
