I decided it would be a wiser move to ask for those of you who don't like what I've to offer to offer me constructive or not constructive criticisms via boardmail.

I'm open to suggestions. It's hard to learn if you don't ask and then don't reveal. If I don't get a number of boardmails based on the outcome of a vote, then I shall be surprised.
