What about independents thinking Obama had it wrapped up so they went for McCain?

Of all religions that I know, the one that most vehemently and persuasively defies and denies the reality of death is the original Mormonism of the Prophet, Seer and Revelator, Joseph Smith. |

I'm a lukewarm Romney supporter. My preferences for the nomination never even made it out of 2006, unfortunately. He's certainly not perfect, but he's as close to a Reagan conservative as this crop of gents is going to get. I'm not sure what litmus test you're talking about, by the way. Link?

He was my first choice, yep. I also would've taken Rick Santorum in a heartbeat. Bill Frist was further down because he was so cadaverous, but he's a solid conservative.
All of them were out before you could say Go. Thus I came to Romney somewhat by default. I was hoping for (but not expecting) more from Fred Thompson. I have little problem switching to Guiliani if Romney truly bombs out. I can't stand McCain or Huckabee.

Truly. Had it not been for that one ill-advised comment and his terribly poor management of the aftermath, he'd be in the race today.
And were George Allen in the race, McCain would be sitting at home in a wife-beater eating pork rinds right about now. And you'd still be whining.

There is a huge amount of data on that page with which one can make and refute a myriad of arguments. Just what do you suppose I am naively assuming it means? Unless you have some supernatural ability to read minds which you never bothered to tell us about, I'd say you're full of crap.
