It has to be the AD of Florida. Does he have to do anything? Millions pouring in from the BCS and NCAA, fans contributing cash out the wazoo, national champs in both major sports... he could stop going to work for a year and they wouldn't miss a beat.

Agreed. He's certainly seized the opportunity from the unfair advantage granted by the BcS and spent his money well.
