Turmoil in Logan

Last week, The Logan Herald-Journal had the nerve to include a lesbian union amongst their wedding announcements. Since then, the backlash has included:

-four subscription cancellations
-two letters to the editor
-10 e-mails, and
-several phone calls

Same-sex marriages are not recognized by the State of Utah and cannot be performed here. I would also suggest that you change the name of the section of the paper to 'weddings, engagements and live-ins or other relationships' since you obviously seem content to publish out-of-wedlock living arrangements as actual marriages.
