Default NorCal Centuries

From today's NYT. I'm sure nothing new to the readers of this forum, but thought I'd pass along the the story...

Good article. Just another reason Northern California is a nice place, despuite its well known drawbacks.

I've done Solvang and loved it. I can't include Santa Barbara in my definition of Northern CA, it just seems ridiculous. Of those first 3 centuries mentioned (Solvang, Tour of the Unknown Coast, and the Death Ride) goose has done all 3 in the same year at least once maybe even twice.

I agree, SOlvang/Santa Barbara are not Northern Cal. Of course, SF is really barely in northern california, in a geogrpahical sense, but I agree with your point.

I like to think I am in Northern California, but my zip code says otherwise.

Here is a century that you all should come do with me.

100 miles of beautiful riding with no stoplights and just one stop sign.
