As reported by ESPN. If this is true, are the Jazz in some real financial trouble? They don't have $8 mil to pay a player this year and have to borrow to pay it? That seems very strange to me. Interest rates are low right now, so maybe they are just opportunistically leveraging themselves, but that isn't a lot of money for an NBA franchise. What's going on?
