Default The Work & The Glory III (possible spoiler)

Anyone seen this yet?

What did you think. Hated the ending. Supposedly, it's the last in the series.

Thoughts?

I thought it was pretty choppy...as though the people funding it said: "Ok, you've got 90 minutes for the film and that is it...I just didn't like the editing of it.

Other than that, I thought it was okay. With movies semi church sponsored, you're not going to get the best acting, but that's something you live with.

I thought the movie was fairly good overall, I liked the other two in the series alright. I especially liked the part in this one about the bank opening...in some ways, it's a wonder the church ever really got off the ground at all.

"semi-church sponsored"? Pardon my ignorance, but what does that mean?

I stayed awake through the first one but couldn't manage that feat for the second one. I have no intention of seeing the third.

lol...my guess is he means it's sponsored by a guy who's Mormon and it's a Mormon story...aka Larry H Miller...since he executive produced the whole series.

Other than that the Church had ZERO to do with this series.

I just mean movies for Mormons by Mormons...no the church isn't affiliated in anyway with the movies...
