One thing that bothers me about economic conservatives is that most of them are not civil libertarians.

And modern Democrats really only give lip service to civil liberties, unless we speaking of racial affirmative politics, which I don't really lump into civil liberties in terms of the libertarian motif.

This data will be collected from convicts, probably only felons, right? That is what is done now. I have no problem with that.
