Default Windiest city?

I would like to take a poll of sorts. I have lived in many places, and I'm thinking that Salt Lake/Utah counties are about the windiest place I've ever biked.

Right now...for Salt Lake it says "gusty" winds 17mph. However, I just got in from a lunchtime ride...and I KNOW it's blowing harder than that.

For those that ride...if you board mail me the city you live in...I'll keep stats for a about a month...and I'll let you know who rides in "The Windiest City".

If you're not counting cities, and not places like Mt Washington, NH, then its Great Falls, MT.

Holy cow! I had no idea Gotham City was so windy. The movies always make it look cool and calm. Its a wonder the clouds stick around long enough to make a clear bat signal.

I still haven't found anything for Vegas. You want me to post the Red Rock data?

Yes. That's on our western border and in fact marks the start of Las Vegas.

Where are you getting your data? Nice. I swear, the wind blows through the Salt Lake valley every day to the disgust of cyclists everywhere!
