Tick back in October i was about your size. Now i am 6'2 and about 265. I am dropping rapidly. My goal is 250 by June 1st.

Back in 2003 I was 500 lbs.
So...250ish is my goal. We will see how that goes.

Serious as a heart attack.
On May 24th, 2003 I hit my largest. 500 lbs. and 00 oz. Things are much better now and I hope they continue to get better.

Just to bump this up.....
We are through with both of our 10 milers (33 and 37 minutes respectively for myself), and we have finished both 15 milers (55 and 57 minutes) This Saturday we do our first 25 miler. I figure we will be in the 2 to 2.25 hour time frame. I will provide my update from the hospital.

1st 25 miler complete.
1 hour and 56 minutes. I am now a eunich. My twig and berries fell off somewhere around mile 20. Have two weeks to recover.
