I read something last year about what some of the American pro cyclists do in the offseason for crosstraining. On Discovery alone there were 2 or 3 that played bball to stay in shape. The rest were basically runners, with a couple of cross country skiiers.

add to the fact that he keeps hinting at SU to outhimself so that he knows for sure if he can be truthful about his feelings towards him. Those two flirt worse than a couple of junior high kids.

One thing I've been doing in the gym this year that I think as really helped me is time on a StairMaster. It's one of those with the revolving staircase and is a pretty good work out. My heart stays in the high 150's to low 160's, it's easy on my knees and it works the same muscles riding a bike does. The downside is it's boring as hell.
