Saw that on Discovery or TLC a year or two back. The dude went to jail for selling steroids. I think the saddest part is when he was talking about the scar from after emergency surgery: "You see that scar? I got to get that taken care of. I'm totally self-conscious about that".

The dude grotesquely mis-shaped his arms and muscles through steriods, he almost dies from it, he goes to jail, and in the end the main thing he's worried about is that he has a scar on his bicep? In my opinion, he needs to see a psychatrist just as much as, if not more than, he needs to see an M.D.

I got about half way through and then when he was about to perform the surgery on himself,,,I clicked out of the page.

I agree with BRM. Dude needs major therapy.
