You got yourself suspended over that? Bwahahahahahahahaha! No where in there does it say that Referee is only for official board business. He states "it's sometimes useful" to post as the referee. That shows that it's not just for what you deem to be official board work.

Sheesh. Anybody who could score above a 18 on the ACT could have avoided that penalty. And here you are getting hit for it not once, but twice. You're than man.
