I'm not trying to prove anything. But for leaders to expect members not to be materialistic, they have to lead by example. While trying to avoid the term "righteous" I would say that on balance, our leadership does a better than average job of possessing/exhibiting Christlike traits, including detachment from materialism.

I can't see how discussing his "kick-ass" cars would be appropriate or necessary in an MP interview, but to each his own, I guess. I have a hard time believing this is typical (which is what we're discussing, no?).
