John Marvel lives in Idaho. I think he knows what's best for Idaho.

But that's what you're not getting -- it is our land.

It is very, very useless land except for what the ranchers use it. To deny a life established over hundreds of years on a lark.

I got a shotgun..you ain't got one! You better get off, before I blow your ass off...this land was made for only me!

I reiterate that while I pray to the Almighty that John Marvel's pecker falls off, at least he does something proactive that replaces the lost revenue. Reading about wankers lamenting about the lost land ain't a thing like seeing a set of 38 triple d's on some hottie going commando with a broken zipper and realizing she is batting for the Utes. Your land ain't worth a damned thing without them thar cows munching on the black eyed susans.

Peoples Republic of Blaine County is not Idaho.

See, you Texans just have gawdawful territory so nobody pulls string about your unsightly, and shitty beef producing, cattle. But out here in Idaho you have decided that our rock hard Grand Titties, or our Sawtooths should become you private hideaway and now you want the rancher out in Carrey to give up his grazing rights on the gawdawful useless dirt leading up to Mount Baldy.

Bite me!

You're assuming my grandpa was a land rapist.

Had he kept his animals in one area, you'd be closer to being correct, but because it was federal land and there is an enormous amount of land, he and the other land users would rotate their herds in order to keep things from getting out of hand.

Perhaps you ought to spend a significant amount of time doing that kind of work for a living before you decide that the folks out West are the bad guys.

It's not about getting rid of predatory animals or grasslands getting eaten by cows. It's about a family's ability to make a living.

Absolutely, agrees Busty Betty as she makes her way to the main stage.

To be USED. Unlike east, south, midwest, the fedgov owns practically the entire motherfetching west. BLM lands are and always have been for multiple uses - logging, grazing, mining, etc. Not just recreation, and not just so some east coast asshole can get a stiffy over the thought of unspoiled wilderness "out there" - where he'll never go anyway.

I wonder what % of the anti-rancher enviro-whackos have ever even stepped foot on BLM land.

I bet it's < 1%
