Maybe some don't, but my experiences suggest that most young women have a good idea of what boys think about. The naieve, innocent thing is mostly an act.

Perhaps. I think they know it's alluring/provocative/etc. I'm not saying they are innocent ... just that I don't think they fully appreciate the direction male hormones encourage the male mind to go, especially in the teenage years.

At the risk of opening up a whole 'nother discussion on men vs. women, men tend to generally be more physically driven than women, and I think women (or girls) have a hard time grasping this at first.

It's also not to say the boys are guiltless. Regardless of your natural inclinations, you have a responsibility to control your own thoughts.
