Right.

Conspiracy to commit murder is a crime. Charge the parents with specific crimes if you have evidence. Otherwise, leave the parents alone to imbue whatever trash and hate and nonsense and garbage into their kids minds that they want to imbue. The alternative would be to start charging people with "pre-crimes" or "thought crimes". If that were the case then we should go after the Muslims because they teach their kids that they may have to fight jihad. We should go after Evangelical Christians because they teach their kids that someday they may have to fight in the battle of Armageddon.

Also, parents that teach their kids violence by enrolling them in martial arts or parents that teach their kids violence by sending them to military school where they can learn the art of war - should we take those children away from their parents because of the potential those kids have to commit violent acts down the road?

I don't think the fact that parents teach their kids things that may someday enable various crimes is sufficient justification for removing parental rights.
