Is that why you left fish hooking someone off the list too?

My favorite sacrament meeting moment ever was when my buddy sitting in the last pew with one of those plastic guns that shoot those tiny little discs at another friend about 10 rows in front of him. He kept letting one fly every minute or so and got him in the back of the head a few times. Finally, the other couldn't stand it and retaliated with his own disc shooter and stood up and turned around and unloaded his clip on his friend who stood up and returned fire also. They were both escorted out of sacrament meeting rather quickly.

Another favorite was when another friend dropped an f bomb in the sacrament table mic after messing up 5 times during the sacrament prayer and having the bishop come down to help and messed up again.

How could that possibly be torturous if pretty much everyone lasts only seconds? I don't get it?....

Man, you have to rededicate the chapel after something like that.

I wouldn't say it hurts as much as it scares you. I was held down for two waves once at oil piers and I came up gagging and coughing a lung. But that's just my experience.

There is nothing safe about drowning. And I find it hard to believe that near death experiences leave no psychological traces.

People tend to not discuss the fact that you CAN drown when being waterboarded. Of course you can. They are dumping an entire bucket of water on your face.

PS Before any of you know-it-alls try to contradict me.....I surf.

I know what it's like to be drowning.

You idiots who say "no biggie" have never been in the process of drowning.

I almost drowned once while river rafting (I got stuck under a raft going through some rapids). The drowning part really hurt.

That happened to me, too. As a kid, we were at Jackson Hole with the Mad River Float Company. I was stuck under the boat for a few seconds. At the end of the trip, they gave me my own paddle with my name engraved on it. I think they just didn't want to get sued. If only all of us could resolve our differences so easily.

What about the one where the torturer holds you down and lets a big ball of spit hang from his mouth just above your face? Man, I hated that one.
