It is funny, but I honestly think we only have 3 games to point to wherein we show the ability to beat good BCS teams at home....Miami, Penn State, and TAMU. And if i am not mistaken, wasn't TAMU not that great that year? How was Penn State, I dont recall, either. Miami obviously was epic.

What are our signature BCS road wins against good BCS teams? I cant really think of any. FUCLA wasnt really that great when we beat them in December.

The notion that these teams are afraid of losing to BYU is pretty laughable, actually.
How did the Stanford or FUCLA game work out for the Trojans last season?

I know you are a homer for everything Trojan but you never know how things will work out especially when playing someone at their place.

It actually worked out pretty well concerning FUCLA; Stanford on the other hand was a monumental clustef****. You're probably refering to UCLGAY '06.

I get what your saying, there's always a chance of losing on the road and Provo is a hard place to play if the Y is rolling. I haven't heard of any case of SC turning down BYU to play; did Holmoe offer anything recently?

I was actually just messing with DDD, I think Holmoe has been too busy getting everyone worked up about directv to worry about the schedule.

I heard some grumblings about Bama, and then find out he was just putting some CFB porn out there for the boys to get all worked up about and then they announced it was a game with Tulane.

Talk about the old mast err... I mean bait and switch, to go from dreaming about the Bear, and legends from the past, to waking up to the reality of Tulane?

Anyway, I would love to see another home and home with the boys from Troy, that would be another good one for the Coug's.

Knucklehead, SC lost to FUCLA two years ago, not last year.

Those are conference games and the Stanford loss was at home, not on the road.

You are saying that people dont want to schedule BYU specifically because they dont want to risk the loss.

I am saying that schools like SC or other big schools are not worried about a loss to BYU on the road. Again, like I asked before, why would they be? BYU has a pathetic road record against BCS teams and an overall poor record against ranked teams, if I am not mistaken. Why exactly would these teams be scared?

I know BYU has a more than pathetic OOC road record, but they have a decent OOC home record, other than during the Crowton years.

All I am saying is that USC might have a concern with scheduling BYU in Provo with BM at the helm, in the rose garden, probably a TKO, but in Provo I think they would have a different outlook, I guess we'll see when FUCLA comes to town in a few weeks, ehh?

With Pete the cheat at the helm USC will be looking rosie for awhile, you have nothing to worry about, other than the usual east coast, SeC bias.

Yes. USC would be a bit scared to play BYU in Provo.

Are you serious?

And you do realize that USC doesn't play in Pasadena, right?
