I don't know about Palin, but there are dominionists in the AoG.

I find it amusing that you like to state your opinion as fact.

I will agree that there are some Mormons who are GOP sheep; however, I disagree with you in the numbers. I believe the majority of Mormons who vote Republican do so because it is the party platform that more closely reflects their personal politics.

SU has admitted that he refuses to read anything that has anything to do with the LDS Church. Of course he didn't read it. He's waiting for either the Hitchens or Krakauer review.

I listened to it on Youtube. I'm a sucker for a great speech. I used to watch Jimmy Swaggert just to admire his method. I wanted to be brought to tears. I did. To see the other side of it. I knew Sister Beck when we were children. We played together, her younger sister and I, when we were children of expats in Brazil. If ever I was fertile soil for your outlook it was the time I listened to Sister Beck's talk. But it only pissed me off, thoroughly.

So, which parts of it, specifically, would you say are the strongest arguments for Mormons to avoid voting for someone like Palin?
