It's perfectly fair, and Limbaugh isn't complaining. But don't tell me "dignity of the office" when Obama suddenly runs and hides.
Which leader of the Dem party did Bush debate outside of an election contest? Reagan? get back to me with your answer. Otherwise, Reagan was a coward.

Who says Limbaugh is the de facto leader of the GOP other than Obama?

Which Democrat challenged Reagan or Bush to a debate outside of an election contest?

I think Bush would be a wuss to not have debated Moore as well. It has nothing to do with being realistic or not.

I didn't pay too much attention Moore's blathering, so I'm curious if Bush publicly criticized and whined about him as much as Obama does about Limbaugh.
Lots of people challenged Bush to a debate. Harvey Weinstein, Sadaam Hussein, Ahmadinejad, etc.

The president has far more valuable things to do than debate people who aren't really interested in a debate at all, but improving their own publicity, ala Rush.

How about Reagan? Or were you just trolling with that one?

So when you asked for Bush or Reagan, you really only meant Reagan? If I give you names for Reagan, who should I have looked for instead?

Bush went out of his way not to call anyone anti-American. Not surprising you're ignorant of that.

Heh, you ask which Democrat challenged Bush, and Cali responds with Saddam Hussein and Ahmadinejad. LOL.

My goodness, Michael Steele expressly said Limbaugh's NOT the de facto leader. He claimed he was.

Conversation with you is impossible when you can't get even the most basic facts straight.

You brought up Reagan and called him a coward.
