What annoys me is I see cyclers all the time making bad decisions and taking reckless action, like weaving in and out of traffic, riding heedless of traffic signals, etc. I'm sure not all the fatalities are cars' fault. Also, when you get stuck on a high rise elevator with one of the courriers you wouldn't believe the stench.
