With our dear friend Archea in mind I took to my road bike at Snowbird this weekend... After about 3 miles of climbing I retreated back to the family condo, curled up in a little ball and cried like a school girl.
I was just looking at Arch's times... With the possible exception of the swim, I think he'd beat me in any given category. Good job ol' boy... Now... Get a massage and relax.

Excellent work Archaea!
You destroyed that bike course. 19+ mph is excellent for something that long. |

The real question is, did he show up at the firm today, or is he spending the day with a masseuse....

Thanks guys.
I'll give a more deatailed report, but just got off plane and I'm headed to the office. It was a warm weekend for CDA, their hotttest ever. Experienced some very friendly people, great race location, and great support. Swim was interesting but controlled, bike was completely in control until I pulled a hip flexor due to electorlyte imbalance, which led to a terrible marathon. Cramped, and walked most of the way unfortunately. An hour off projected time, but what the heck, it was worth it to do it with my brother and sister. Still need work on nutrition. Stiff yesterday not so bad today.
