Or 200K.
Or 150K. Rich is rich.

It really is a horrible thing to say. It may sound cheesy but I totally agree with McCain on this one. The most important thing we can do is move on now and try to unite and support OUR nation as a whole.

By desiring to soak the "rich", that's class warfare.
He divided those he would harm from those whom he sought to vote for him and on the basis of economic status. That's class warfare.

and what if I do, why is working hard and being fortunate to be a tiny bit successful a horrible crime worthy of a politician's ire and direct assault?
I make no admission one way or another, but what's wrong with earning a few coins?

I apologize for offending you.
Even though my protest is pissing into the wind, if enough of us, stand up and oppose him, we may rob him of his authority to govern. That is the first step in defeating an opponent. It must start some where. I don't believe in conciliation because statesmanship does not exist in our world, only partisanship. If we are to be defeated, we should go down fighting hard. He has nothing but disdain for those unrepresented small entrepreneurs, the heart and soul of our economy.

It is folly IMHO to unite behind bad policy. Sometimes there is nothing one can do, but to unite behind it, makes no sense. An example, in a war or battle, one must fight with fellow comrades to defeat a recognizable enemy. But in a battle of words, what benefit is it to unite behind words you don't believe. Should you as a Mormon unite behind a declaration that the Pope is God's spokesman on earth?
