I would be there were it not for a wife who is ready to burst. Although we might as well go, since her doctor will be at the game.

I will not be there. I will wake up at 2:00 am to watch the game on AFN. I'll watch for a geeky group of Cougar Fans and automically assume it is you all.
I'm very jealous.

I was there. Archaea what seats did you end up with? My Brother in Law sat in 2 of 71s seats and i saw him after the game he was so lit it wasnt funny. He couldnt even walk straight. I just wonder if you were by him or who was and if they enjoyed his company.

I saw PAC, parrothead, filsdepac, and BYU 71 while there but no one else. At least, nobody else I recognized. I might have seen All-American, but I'm not sure it was him. Saw some guys in the Bellagio that took our picture with them and wondered if any of them were boarders.
We hit the Bellagio buffet with PAC and sons before the game, ESPN Zone after the game and saw lots of BYU fans both places. Good time overall, and oddly enough the easiest, fastest car trip we had at any time while there was leaving the game and going down to NY NY. We didn't wait more than 30 seconds to get out of our lot and through the light at Russell and Boulder Hwy. Did see at least one guy wearing Ute gear.

Unfortunately, I didn't live up to expectations. I was prepared to make the Bellagio regret the phrase "all you can eat" but instead I suffered a major defeat: I got full after visiting just two of the four buffet stations and I only had room for three desserts. I can see now that I wasn't fully invested enough. Thus, I'm going to work hard in the off season, set the correct expectations, become fully invested, and strive to eat at a higher level. I vow to make it a true four-plater when I return for the MWC tourney in March! |
