Marc Lyons thinks our defense sucks even worse than the rest of us.

With 4 minutes to go with BYU behind one point, he says something like. "BYU wants to use as much time as they can. Well, maybe BYU wants to score quickly so they will still have time to score if UNLV drives down and scores when they have the ball."

I don't blame this on the secondary. The D-line and LBs rarely got any pressure on their QB. The LBs consistently took poor angles, and almost always focused on the QB run, even when it was clear the QB didn't have enough gas to run the ball today.

Bauman is the worst player on our defense and is the primary reason we are struggling right now on defense.

I will agree that nobody on the D played well today. You are right the D line didn't put pressure on the qb today and our middle backers were no where to be found and I there angles were so bad.

WTF type of defensive line scheme is this? This is the most pansy ants sort of vanilla defense.

The middle linebackers are shadows.
