Actually, when I had dinner with Arch in Seattle a while back and we discussed our opinions of all the board visitors he praised Barbara Gordon. So the answer is yes.

As far as I know, Archaea has had no personal contact with Babs. Have they met in person? I don't consider cougarguard personal contact.

Yes. We met two weeks ago when Flash and I hit Vegas. Yep. I'd say he's an expert on the real me. Twenty minutes over sushi in Vegas and the true self really comes out.
