It seems that he spends his time frollicking with flowers and admiring butterflies and fondling sheep, that's all. The bigger issue, of course, is his complexion. Jesus could indeed (if he existed at all) have been limp-wristed, but he most certainly wasn't white. The phenomenon of various cultures depicting their deities as being similar in appearance to themselves is well-known, so perhaps that painting is a token of acknowledgment that Mormons aren't all white.
