Well, I disagree.

Of course you do. And there are several million other TB's, exactly like you, who would disagree as well.

As opposed to yourself, who is obviously much more enlightened.

I wouldn't say "obvious", though it certainly is apparent.

Don't forget BDB told that story about dating an apostate she felt was possessed. Not exactly a nuanced perspective, wouldn't you say?

Wow, you still remember that? That was quite a while ago SU. Yes, there was definitely something very off about that guy, and I don't think that I ever actually conclusively determined that he was possessed. I most certainly don't rule it out. I believe that what I said is that he would periodically get a very weird hollow look to him, and it seemed like he wasn't in there. I doubt you understand, but it did freak me out.

Which is really entirely irrelevant to what I was talking about, because as I stated very clearly back then that I am completely unwilling to even make a guess as to whether or not his apostacy is responsible for whatever was causing him to disconnect like that.

It's been my experience that apostates are not terribly unique. There seem to be only a few different types.
intellegent to see the lies, wise to make a choice based on facts, brave to risk going against local culture, what other types are there?
